• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your booking, with the balance being automatically processed anytime 2 weeks prior to arrival. 

• Our chalets are provided as self-catering and are not serviced accommodation, should you need anything additional please text.

• Firewood is supplied for your stay though an additional cost can occur if more wood is required.  

• We respectfully ask that you leave the chalet neat and tidy. Excessive cleaning will be charged at a fee of $50.00 per hour & any damage or breakages will incur a fee/charge for any item/s over $10.00.

• The number of people in the chalet should never exceed the number of guests in your booking, any additional guests not accounted for will be automatically charged @ $20 per guest per night.

Property Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel we understand that circumstances change and a cancellation of booking is sometimes necessary, we highly recommend you obtain travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. 

​

• Up to 3 weeks prior to arrival date, a refund is possible minus a $50.00 administration fee.

• Within 3 weeks no refund is available unless the dates can be re-booked then yes a possible part refund can be available less a $50.00 administration fee. 

• Change of dates or Transfers can be made but are considered a cancellation therefore refer back to our cancellation policy.

• We make every effort to fulfill guest's requests for a particular chalet however occasionally we may need to update/change your chalet due to booking arrangements and/or maintenance.​

• There is no wi-fi or TV reception in the chalets - this is your time to switch off and enjoy the serenity of Marima 

• For the privacy of our guests no drones are allowed 

• Log Fires are not available in the prohibited fire season and on extreme days
