Cancellations and Refunds

• The deposit is refundable, less an adminstration fee of AUD $50.00, if the cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to the arrival date.
• If the cancellation occurs within 14 days of the arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited unless Marima is able to rebook the reserved dates. If this occurs, the deposit will be refunded, less an administration fee of AUD$50.00.
• If the cancellatin occurs within 7 days of the arrival date, payment of the total booking is required. If Marima is able to rebook the reserved dates a refund is available for any dates re booked less an administration fee of AUD$50.00.
• Cancellation of any nights booked once you have checked in will not be refundable unless Marima is able to rebook those nights.
• Changes to reservations can be made free of charge provided Marima Cottages is notified 14 days before the original arrival date. Changes to reservations within 14 days of the original arrival date can be made but will incurr an administration charge of AUD$50.00.
