Marima Cottages features four stunning luxury spa chalets set well apart from one another to ensure total seclusion. Choose between either a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom spa chalet.

Our chalet accommodation is built from rammed earth and corrugated iron to blend with the Karri forest unique to Pemberton. The interior design is modern with an emphasis on comfort and luxury with an abundance of amenities.

Minimum Night Bookings

• Minimum stays are of 2 nights

• 3 nights over long weekends and school holidays.

• 4 nights over the Easter period.

• 5 nights over the Christmas and New Year period.

• Any overnight stays incurr a surcharge of $30.00 (and is subject to availability).

Confirmation of Booking

To confirm a booking a deposit of 50% is required, with the balance payable on arrival. We accept Visa and Master Card. Direct deposit is also available. Please ask for these details at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

• The deposit is refundable, less an administration fee of AUD $50.00, if the cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to the arrival date.
• If the cancellation occurs within 14 days of the arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited unless Marima is able to rebook the reserved dates. If this occurs, the deposit will be refunded, less an administration fee of AUD$50.00.
• If the cancellation occurs within 7 days of the arrival date, payment of the total booking is required. If Marima is able to rebook the reserved dates a refund is available for any dates re booked less an administration fee of AUD$50.00.
• Cancellation of any nights booked once you have checked in will not be refundable unless Marima is able to rebook those nights.
• Changes to reservations can be made free of charge provided Marima Cottages is notified 14 days before the original arrival date. Any changes to reservations within 14 days will be considered a cancellation unless Marima is able to rebook your reserved dates in which our cancellation policy applies.

Pets

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets as we are located in the Warren National Park.
